Orders and delivery
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days and delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your pin code. You get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the parcel is picked up.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat rate applies and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
COD is available on most serviceable pin codes up to a per-order limit, with a small handling fee. If your pin code is not serviceable for COD, only prepaid options will appear at checkout.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Write to us immediately at ipyhubhelp@gmail.com with your order number. If the parcel has not been picked up we can usually update it. Once it is in transit, we cannot.
Products
Are your extension boards ISI marked?
Where a product carries ISI certification, it is stated in the product description and on the packaging. Our 16A heavy-duty boards, switches, sockets, MCBs, wires and LED products are certified. Some accessories fall outside the scope of ISI certification.
How do I pick between a 6A and a 16A board?
Add up the wattage of everything you will plug in. A 6A board handles about 1400W total, which covers laptops, routers, phone chargers, lamps and a TV. Anything with a heating element or a motor, such as an iron, a kettle, a water purifier, a fridge or a compressor, needs a 16A board. When in doubt, go 16A.
Can I plug an extension board into another extension board?
No. Daisy-chaining boards is the single most common cause of overload fires. Use one board per wall socket, and use a longer cord if you need more reach.
What is the difference between wooden and PVC boards?
Electrically, nothing: same copper, same sockets, same ratings. Wooden boards look better on a desk or a console and feel more solid. PVC boards are lighter, cheaper and easier to wall-mount. Choose on looks and budget.
What size gloves should I order?
Measure around your palm at the knuckles, excluding the thumb. Up to 20cm is Small, 20 to 23cm is Medium, 23 to 26cm is Large, above that is Extra Large. If you are between sizes, go up.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time is listed on every candle product page. Our 200g soy jars run around 40 hours. To get the full life, trim the wick to 5mm before each burn and never burn for more than 4 hours at a stretch.
Returns and warranty
What is your return window?
7 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. See the refund policy for the full details and exclusions.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Email ipyhubhelp@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We arrange a replacement or a refund, and we pay the return shipping.
How do I claim warranty?
Email us with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo or short video. Warranty periods are listed on each product page. See the warranty policy for what is and is not covered.
Billing
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes, on every order. If you need it billed to a business GSTIN, enter the business name and GSTIN in the order notes at checkout, or email us right after ordering.
